CANCELLATION POLICY

 
Should you cancel the reservation between:-

30 to 22 days prior to arrival, 25% of the invoiced amount is due
21 to 16 days prior to arrival, 50% of the invoiced amount is due
15 to 8 days prior to arrival, 75% of the invoiced amount is due
7 to 0 days prior to arrival, 100% of the invoiced amount is due

All cancellations will be reconfirmed in writing, non receipt of a cancellation confirmation means that the
reservation has not been cancelled

CHILDREN POLICY:

Children of all ages are welcome, however remain the full responsibility of their parents
Children aged 6 and younger are free of charge providing they share with their parent(s)
Children between the ages of 7 & 12 are charged the rates above, providing they share with their parents
Children under the age of 12 sharing with their parents can only accommodated in Bung 9 & 10 - subject to availability
Children accommodated in their own bungalow will be charged the normal adult rates
Activity rates apply to children of all ages.

ACTIVITIES:

Game Drives - duration approximately 2.5 hours & departs at +- 16:00
Night Drives - duration approximately 1.5 hours & departs at +- 20:30
AM Guided walking trails - (A bumble in the bush) - duration approximately 1 hour & departs at +- 07:15
Sundowner guided walking trail - duration approximately 1.5 hours & departs at +- 16:00

All activities include one soft drink per person (juice or water)
